Config Consultants, now rebranded as A5, is a full-service solutions provider that specializes in digital transformation through the implementation of Oracle, Salesforce, Apttus, and Anaplan solutions. While working as their in-house Graphic and Web Designer, I had the opportunity to lead the company’s rebrand. This rebranding effort was driven by the company’s expansion beyond Oracle solutions, which necessitated a fresh identity that aligned with its broader service offering. The new branding aimed to communicate the company’s mission to modernize its clients’ businesses through digital transformation.

The design process

The company’s original name, Config Consultants, had become synonymous with a specific Oracle product known as "Configurator." As the company expanded into offering a more diverse array of solutions beyond Oracle, this outdated brand identity hindered its ability to effectively communicate its broader capabilities to new and existing clients. The challenge was to create a brand that would reflect the company’s expertise in integration and accelerate its growth in the digital transformation space, while still honoring its roots.
